- Amiri Hospital, a public hospital in Kuwait, runs its daily operations on Derwaza — its central management platform.
- Problem
- Hospital workflows were split across separate systems and paper processes, and operational data had to move securely between the hospital and Ministry of Health platforms.
- What I built
- Operational modules end to end — from department requirements through testing and release — plus secure Ministry of Health integrations and dashboards hospital leadership uses for day-to-day decisions.
